RETURN POLICIES

Torrin wines are crafted with the utmost attention to detail and we want to make sure that the wine you receive is in the condition that it left our hands. We utilize a fulfillment center to assure that our wines are stored in a temperature controlled environment and are hand processed to guarantee that they are in excellent condition upon leaving the fulfillment center. If you have any issues with your Torrin wines please follow the below guidelines.

Inspect all packages as soon as they are received.

If you find that any bottle(s) are broken please contact info@torrinwine.com within 48 hours of arrival so that we can initiate a timely claim with our fulfillment center.

Please keep the original package and its contents as you found them if at all possible. We will arrange to have the wine picked up and replaced in most cases. Returns cannot be processed after 10 days.

Return claims due to a defect in the product will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please address all concerns to info@torrinwine.com and please include customer name, address, date of purchase, product name and vintage, as well as reason for concern. We will gladly replace (if able) or refund you for wine that is damaged or flawed. However, we are unable to accept returns that were damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that was ordered in error. If you have found that your wine is flawed we ask that you keep the bottle, its unused contents, and the cork.
